I have a red hat Linux enterprise 5 server, running apache 2.2.3, PHP 5.1.6

I update PHP files and everything works fine.  I update HTML pages, updates take if the pages are requested through a browser without the server they show up fine.

Run through the server the old page, now gone, shows up instead.

This is a test system for an e-commerce site, the site uses smarty, and the pages are picked up with the fetch() function.

I do not believe I have cache turned on.

I can make changes to the production site just fine, different server located elsewhere (hosted).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  I have a significant change to make to the site, and I cant test it before making a change.

Thanks

.............Gene

Have you tried clearing out your browser's cache when viewing the site? Maybe your just seeing old local versions?
